A 2-DAY "UNMUTED" EXPERIENCE

ROOTED IN WISDOM * BACKED BY SCIENCE * POWERED BY WOMEN

1.3 million American women enter menopause each year, yet nearly 60% say their symptoms remain misunderstood or under-treated. The MenoFest’s theme, “UNMUTED”, boldly confronts the stigma, misinformation, and overlooked realities shaping women’s lives and invites every voice, every story and every solution into the spotlight.

Join us November 21-22 at Adler Hall in NYC for two unforgettable days of unfiltered conversation, practical tools and resources. Our stage will bring together clinicians, researchers, creators, and community voices reflecting the full spectrum of race, age, size, and identity.

Inclusive by design, the program goes beyond the basics: spotlighting intersectional stories, including women of color and neurodivergent experiences, addressing surgical and medically induced menopause, and confronting caregiving and workplace realities.

We’re building a dynamic program with 10+ sessions, covering topics likeMenopause, Decoded; Brain Fog & Focus; Hormones, Explained; Sleep & Stress Reset; Sex & Vaginal Health; Bone & Metabolic Health; Medically Induced Menopause; Neurodivergence & Midlife; Menopause at Work; and more.

Whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause, or just starting to ask questions – you belong here. Come to feel seen, supported, and celebrated. Together, we’ll reframe midlife as a powerful new beginning, honor the journey, and step confidently into what’s next.
