The MenoFest Summit is more than an event-it’s a movement. Join us October 23–24 at Adler Hall in NYC for two days of real talk, real tools, and truly inclusive programming. You’ll hear from clinicians, researchers, creators, and community voices across races, ages, sizes, and identities.
Inclusive by design and beyond the basics, we will spotlight intersectional stories: centering women of color and neurodivergent voices; tackling surgical/medically induced menopausal conditions, caregiving, and workplace realities—with partners and allies in the room.
Whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause, or just starting to ask questions – you belong here. Come to feel seen, supported, and celebrated. Together, we’ll reframe midlife as a powerful new beginning, honor the journey, and step confidently into what’s next.
Our inaugural theme is “UNMUTED“. After too many years of whispers and stigma, MenoFest is shifting the menopause conversation toward openness, science, and inclusion. Whether you’re a patient, clinician, advocate, innovator, partner, ally or simply curious – every voice in menopause matters and deserves space, recoginition and real answers.
The MenoFest Summit is the event we’ve been waiting for. If we’re going to reimagine midlife and revolutionize health, work, and wellness for the next generation, we need all voices at the table. That means clearing the path and creating an inclusive safe space for women, as they navigate careers, caregiving, and change. The MenoFest Summit is where we open the doors wider, rewrite the rules, and rise together.
Our Mission is to help women see midlife as a powerful new season. We ditch the stigma, share what actually works, and learn together. Come as you are, get the facts, find your people, and leave feeling equipped, connected, and confident about what’s next.

Her own midlife transition revealed a glaring truth: menopause is one of the most universal yet under-supported life stages for women. In response, she created MenoFest, the event she wished had existed, blending science, community, and unfiltered conversation to drive awareness, action, and change.
“My mission is to ensure that women in midlife are no longer silenced, sidelined, or invisible — but boldly seen, deeply supported, and joyfully celebrated.”
